// 2. HOSTING & SERVER LOGS
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Vercel operates EU edge infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany) and processes requests on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.
When you visit this website, Vercel automatically collects and temporarily stores the following data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- URL of the page accessed
- Referring URL
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure system security. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short retention period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
// 3. WEB ANALYTICS
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. No cookies are set. IP addresses are not stored — they are used solely to derive approximate geolocation (country, region) and are then discarded. The collected data (page views, referrer, browser type, device type, geolocation) is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Session identifiers are automatically discarded after 24 hours. No data is shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in understanding aggregate site usage). Further information: vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy
// 4. CONTACT & CONTACT FORM
When you contact us via email or the contact form on this website, the personal data you provide (name, email address, message content) is stored and processed solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and any follow-up communication.
Email and form submissions are processed via Zoho Corporation B.V. (EU), Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. Zoho processes data exclusively within the European Union under a Data Processing Agreement.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. It will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for pre-contractual communication); Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries.
// 5. SPAM PROTECTION (CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE)
To protect the contact form against automated abuse and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile verifies whether a form submission is made by a human rather than a bot.
For this purpose, Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and information about your browser and device. Turnstile does not set cookies, does not use local storage for tracking, and does not track you across other websites or create advertising profiles. Where data is transferred to the USA, Cloudflare relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam and misuse). Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
